About Me
I am the Network Operations Center manager / Director of South Sound Operations that works at IsoFusion. I have been supervising the Network Operations Center since 2007, and director in charge of the sound end operations in 2015. When there is a problem that needs to be resolved, they bring it to me. I work under all tier levels, can be helping a user with email one minute, to troubleshooting a public routing issue the next minute, then jump into helping a customer with their DRBD cluster the next.
